One state. Barely.

Looking for the absolute cheapest registered agent in Wyoming? We are somewhere in it.

We promise nothing. We offer nothing. At $22 a year we cover one state, and not all of it. The office is a long drive from anywhere, including from the office.

Somewhere in Wyoming.

$22 / year

$22 a year. Price never increases. The road never gets shorter.

The outfits with more states

We beat any competitor's price.* On acreage, they beat us. Fine.

Twelve other outfits sell the same nothing across fifty states. We sell it in one, and not all of it. A word about each, from the porch.

YOLO Registered Agents charges $5 and calls it premium. Out here premium is a grade of gasoline, and the station is closed.

YOLO Registered Agent charges $2.50. Two and a half dollars does not get a truck out of the driveway, let alone to a courthouse.

Tree Fiddy Registered Agents charges $3.50, to the half dollar. Nobody out here has carried a half dollar since the highway went in.

IDGAF Registered Agents charges $1 and covers fifty states with it. We cover one, and not all of it, and charge twenty two times as much for the distance.

IDGAF Agents charges $24, two dollars more than us, for all fifty states from somewhere with sidewalks. We have never seen a sidewalk.

Mid Registered Agents charges $37 and calls it adequate. Adequate is what we call the road in June.

Mid Registered Agent charges $27 and shrugs about it. We would shrug too, but the wind does that for us.

Dogwater Registered Agents charges $17 and talks a lot about water. We have a well. It is a long way from the office, like everything else.

Dogwater Registered Agent charges $7 and is proud of being the bowl. We have a stock tank. Nobody is proud of it.

Mid Wyoming Agent charges $12. That is the singular cousin down the road. Same state, less of it, one fewer person, and that person is out.

19 Registered Agents charges $19 for everything, in every state, under a bright sign. Our sign went over in a wind event and we left it where it landed.

19 Registered Agent charges $19 as well and calls it final. Out here final is what the county says about the road in March.

Then the ones that keep a desk with a person at it. Their prices, and how many years of us each one buys. Several of them are in Wyoming too, closer to the highway.

* Applies to legitimate, recognized registered agent services whose published terms commit them to nothing. It does not apply to offers that promise to staff an office during business hours, forward service of process the day it arrives, keep the appointment in force from year to year, or stand behind any of it. The comparison is to our own price, which we will beat by any amount we choose, including zero. We decide in good faith whether an offer qualifies. To date none has.

Other corners to cut out here

Distance already saves you most things. These save the rest.

01

Let the annual report blow over

In Wyoming, the annual report is $60 a year for an LLC or a corporation. That is money you could be saving by not filing it. The notice will come by the same road the mail does.

If the price is what brought you this far down the road, ask why the state gets a check from you every year for an annual report.

The state has an answer. It strikes the company off its rolls and sends a bill to put it back. The Wyoming page quotes the statute and the bill.

Registered agent service in Wyoming. Just Wyoming.

One state page. It quotes the statute we do not keep, then what the state does about that, then the yearly charge and the bill to come back. It is the longest thing on the property.
